These terms apply when you use www.firstaitutor.com and its games. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use the site
Anyone can play the games, and no account is needed. We ask that children use the site with the knowledge of a parent, guardian or teacher.
The launch list is only for people 16 or older.
The games
There is no charge to play the games.
A person and an AI write each game ahead of time. Two separate AI checkers then read the sentences we list from each game, and a game goes on this site only when each fact they find has a source that a checker has read. No AI runs while you play.
Even so, a game can still contain a mistake. If you find one, please send a mistake report from inside the game, or write to us.
The games are for learning. They are not medical, legal or any other professional advice.
How you may use the site
- You may play the games and share links to them, for your own learning, with your family and in your classes.
- Teachers may show the games in their own classes and print the game sheets for their students.
- Please do not copy the site or its games to publish them somewhere else, sell them, or remove our name from them, unless we agree in writing.
- Please do not try to break the site, overload it or get around its protections.
- Please do not send harmful or unlawful content through the site's forms.
What belongs to whom
We made the games or have the right to use their parts. Some pictures and stories are in the public domain. Parts made by others, such as fonts and code libraries, are used under their own licenses.
When you send survey answers, you allow us to use your words to improve FirstAITutor and in our study of how learners find the games. When you send a mistake report, you allow us to use your words to fix the games. Our privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
No promises about availability
We provide the site as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always work, that it will be free of mistakes, or that it will suit a particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, FirstAITutor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may change or stop the site or any game. We may also change these terms. When we change them, we change the date at the top of this page.
